Accomplishments included initial drafting and development of flexible, computerized litigation form files; Initiation and completion of project of computerization in the Houston office for communication with home office systems and with regional offices; First chair and supervisory responsibility for Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Jones Act, Commercial, and Antitrust cases in Texas and Louisiana; Legal advice and support to a variety of operating departments, including refining, marketing and claims departments. First chair responsibility for significant antitrust case by major ethanol (gasohol) companies filed against major oil companies in Federal Court in Central District of Illinois.

After major oil company nationwide litigation: Litigation with plaintiff personal injury firm; Litigation experience included First Chair and supervisory responsibility of support staff, including junior attorneys, legal assistants and law clerks.
