Although most bondsmen will tell you to be in court by 8:00, most of the Harris County courts do not begin until 8:30 to 9:00. You should still allow enough time for parking, metal detectors and the elevators. Once seated in the courtroom, turn your cell to vibrate; when Mr. Haggard arrives, he'll find you.
